If you wish to return an item please fill out the returns form and post back to us at PO Box 1032, Capalaba Queensland 4157, Australia.  All returns must be made within 7 Days of recieving the goods.

A full refund is only given if the item is damaged upon receiving and if a replacement if not wanted, all other circumstances a store credit will be given. A refund will be given once we have received the item back.

There will be no refund or replacement on any make up or body art or items of clothing and shoes that have been worn.
