If you wish to return an item please fill out the returns form and mail it back to us.
A full refund is only given if the item is damaged upon receiving and if a replacement if not wanted, all other circumstances a store credit will be given. A refund will be given once we have received the item back.
There will be no refund or replacement on any make up or body art or items of clothing and shoes that have been worn.
We ship worldwide from Australia and use Australia Post for our deliveries, you can select your preferred shipping option at the checkout, we use standard, express and registered mail.
For standard delivery please allow 3-7 working days and 2-5 working days for express delivery within Australia.
For International posting please allow 7-13 working days.
We rely on Australia Post for our deliveries so once items are sent they are out of our control.
Items are sent within 24-48 hours of receiving payment. If a purchase was made on either a Saturday or Sunday, shipping will commence on the following Monday.
At the present moment we only accept Paypal. Please note, you can still use your credit card via Paypal if you don’t have a Paypal account. We use Paypal because of the high security it offers.
Placing your order
If an error was made throughout your order, please contact us on email@example.com as soon as possible to prevent the shipping of an incorrect order.
If you are a pole studio and interested in purchasing wholesale please email us and we can set you up. Wholesale Orders have a minimum order value of $150.
